Presence is a person with authority, not a registered address

Institutions sometimes equate presence with paperwork: a company, an address, a sign. Partners experience presence as someone who can reply with the institution’s voice.

The Tuesday test #

If a partner writes on Tuesday with a question about your offer, who answers, and by when? If the answer is “we will check with campus,” say how long that check takes. Silence is also an answer.

That reply path is the real footprint. The registered address can follow once the path is real.

Planning a market, or a team to run it?

UVG works with institutions on entry, representation, and the people operations that follow.
