Empowering a Safe and Inclusive Workplace

We recently conducted a comprehensive POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Awareness & Sensitization Workshop for our team. The session reinforced our zero-tolerance policy against workplace harassment, educated employees on legal frameworks and redressal mechanisms under the POSH Act, and fostered an open culture rooted in mutual respect, dignity, and psychological safety.
