How a home campus can supervise a distant market

Chaitanya Madhav

Trust is not a management system. Campuses that are pleased with their representative and still surprised by the year-end have skipped the dull part: a shared set of numbers.

Four numbers are enough #

Qualified enquiries, applications, offers accepted, and partner meetings that changed a decision. Activity that does not move one of these is a story, not a result.

Name one reader #

A report addressed to “the team” is a report nobody owns. One person on the home campus should be able to say what changed since the last note.

Visit with a question #

A visit that only tours the office confirms hospitality. A visit that checks one student journey, from enquiry to offer, confirms the market.

Planning a market, or a team to run it?
