At Christian Brothers University, he led strategic initiatives that increased international visibility, expanded graduate offerings, and built a student-centered culture rooted in collaboration and results. Now, through Interwoven, he works with institutions and international partners to design smarter, more sustainable recruitment strategies. His focus is on aligning institutional goals with global opportunity—through data-informed planning, technology integration, and partnerships that promote long-term student success. Dan’s academic training in Applied Linguistics and research on Place and Identity continue to shape how he approaches program design, belonging, and engagement. Whether guiding institutions through change or mentoring teams on the ground, he brings a mix of curiosity, clarity, and a deep belief in the power of international education to connect people and transform futures.

POSH law), HR process engineering, HR infrastructure for ‘Start-ups’, Temporary Staffing, Coaching & Talent acquisition. For significant number of years, Rohan has had the privilege to be the key HR Advisor to globally reputed brands operating in India. Rohan is a regular contributor at various social forums such as LinkedIn and Twitter through his articles on topics like Dimensions of Life, Human Resources, Leadership, Enhancing possibilities of Bliss and Optimism. A passionate Poet & Hindi Movie Lyricist, Rohan is also an ardent hiker & regular Yoga practitioner. His love for driving across roads of India has enabled him to look at various cultural dimensions of India. He has been an acclaimed Chess player in the mid-90’s and he is currently exploring various mechanics of Spirituality in the Indian context.
